Receiving the request
The client sends a list of goods, a specification, article numbers or a technical assignment.

Feasibility check
The company verifies product availability, supplier terms, timing and possible transaction structure.

Commercial offer
Price, volume, product characteristics, payment and delivery terms are agreed.

Documentation
A contract, invoice, specification, invoice or agency instruction is prepared.
- 5
Procurement and settlements
Payment is made directly to the supplier or via an engaged agent within a specific transaction.
- 6
Shipment
Goods are handed over to the carrier with the required trade and transport documents.
About transportation
Transportation is carried out by independent carriers and freight forwarders. For perishable products, temperature-controlled transport is used where required.
Additional documents
For agricultural products, phytosanitary and other documents required for the specific supply are additionally prepared.
